my occasional musings on life, love, art, perfume ... what else is there?

Looking Back ... and Looking Forward

So many souls ascended that day.

Now New York
scarred but unbowed
Extends its hands to another sad city.

Tears like a tide,

wash the streets clean.
Sorrow remembered, but also a reminder:
Life and hope renew themselves in time.

These are the stories that we can build from.

Doesn't it amaze you, when you look around and see all of these open arms, giving?
Renewal is one of the most important things in life.
