Your one word and one boot reminds of that writing of John Lennon about little Bobby, who didn't have a right hand because of the war. All his wishes was a hook, and finally, before the age of 40 he got a hook for Christmas. A left hook. So Bobby got his left hand cut off and the hook fitted it so perfectly! It was a pleasure to see. Who knows, little Bobby was thinking, maybe he gets a right hook next year.
